- Wash and dry car.
- Shake well and apply with a damp cloth, one section at a time.
- Let dry to a haze and wipe off with a clean soft cloth.

I like the polish and its long lasting results. pretty easy to apply and even though you think your car has been washed clean, it does remove some more dirt since the petroleum base removes things that washing with water cannot. I bought a new bottle to replace an older bottle that seems to have changed in consistency over the winter. The new bottle I dont like the cap on the new bottle vs the old one. Inside the white cap there is no liner that allows for a tight seal when screwing it on. My old bottle of NuFinish has that. I would therefore expect this new bottle to allow some of it to evaporate while in storage.

Not too happy, although I purchased a while back, but the product basically became water. SO, I con not keep in my garage without it turning to this? I think I will start looking for something that will last longer and not turn to water. I never had a bottle do this, as I have purchased plenty of times through the years.
